GKS offers a full co-ordination and management role from inception to completion producing all the necessary tender and contract documentation.

Thereafter, GKS can administer the building contract and undertake inspections and valuations of the works. GKS ensures a project is delivered to the appropriate standard, which is on time and within an agreed budget, carefully managing and developing strategies for any amendments or variations that may arise.
