Pursuant to the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, a project now requires the appointment of a Principal Designer.

This role can, where appropriate be adopted by GKS as part of the professional duties in drafting a specification of works. In addition to this, GKS can work with a client’s construction design management (CDM) consultant to provide the required collaborative approach.
